Common questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. Reparix is fully web-based. You access it through any modern browser on any device — PC, Mac, tablet or phone. Nothing to install or maintain.
Can I migrate data from my current system?
Yes. We provide CSV import tools for customers, tickets and inventory. For larger migrations or custom formats, our team can assist during onboarding.
Which payment processors are supported?
Reparix integrates with Square (including Square Terminal for card-present payments) out of the box. Stripe is used for subscription billing. Additional processors can be added on Enterprise plans.
Is my data secure? Is it isolated from other shops?
Yes. Reparix uses PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce complete data isolation between tenants at the database level — not just in application code. Sensitive settings (API keys, credentials) are encrypted with AES-256-CBC. All connections are HTTPS.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports multi-location groups with a central super-admin dashboard. Each location operates as its own isolated tenant with shared reporting for owners.
Can I white-label it for my own brand?
Yes. Per-tenant branding is included — each shop can set their own logo, app name and colour theme. Full white-labelling (custom domain, branded emails, no Reparix branding) is available on the Enterprise plan.
What happens after the free trial?
Your data is preserved. You choose a plan and add a payment method to continue. If you decide not to continue, you can export all your data in CSV format before your trial ends.
